Finally, a Set That Grows With You
I started with the light green LoGest stress ball after a recent wrist strain, and now two weeks in, I’m working through the medium gray one—my grip feels stronger every day. The balls are firm, not squishy, and the texture gives a satisfying squeeze. Took them to work and even use one during phone calls. Durable rubber, travel-friendly, and really help with stress and rehab

WHAT will determine which strength you get and my experience with very light one (GREEN)
I read that isometric exercises, even stress balls, can help your blood pressure.FYI, if you just google stress balls and blood pressure or health benefits, it should answer questions on how best to use them, how long at a time (it said squeeze 90 secs with one hand, then switch and do 90 secs with other, I'm only about about 60 secs so far!)Inexpensive thing to add to my list, so why not?It was WHICH strength I wanted.First, I am a 72 lady, no discernible arthitis in hands, and have a pretty good grip for not a big lady.I ALMOST got the LIGHT one. Then I read about the GREEN X LIGHT one. SO glad I got that one.Now if you're looking for more than some decent resistance, really want to BUILD up strength and also depends on size of hands, you may well want the medium or up. But as the X LIGHT GREEN one has just the right amount of give for me, it's perfect. It also seems pretty sturdy. I read some reviews that the stitching came undone right away. Not seeing that but then maybe it's because it's more squishy than the other ones.Definitely has some resistance! PERFECT for me and I think most just wanting something they can squeeze throughout the day, without hurting your hand or wrist, this could be up your alley.WELL WORTH the price for me.

It's rather hard to squeeze unless...
I got this medium stress ball for my 6'5, 275 lbs husband with giant, dinner plate sized hands. I was worried he would squash any of the lighter strength balls, especially when he is angry. He absolutely loves this stress ball. It's his new fidget. He actually fell asleep with it in his hand last night, that's how much he likes it. It's the perfect size, weight, and squishing for him. For my small/medium sized hands with less than steller strength due to having MS, I'm good to give it 3 or 4 squeezes before my hand is like, "Nope. We're done here." So, if you have a strong grip strength to begin with, this is a good ball for you. I think I need the extra light one...lolOh! And he loves the silvery gray color. I'll update when he kills it.

Look nice
With the fabric outer shell they are fine to the point the fabric runs out of stretch and increases force needed to compress
