I’ve been searching for an appropriate supplement to support my ongoing struggles with depression since my teenage years. I experienced substantial increases in my energy levels and cognitive abilities within the first 24 hours after taking. I’ve been taking Igennus methylated multivitamins for a while now and can definitely say they’re amazing. After researching Gary Brecka and the MTHFR gene mutation (which I have), I decided to try these, and they’ve truly made a noticeable improvement in my energy levels. I’m on my 4th bottle now and have experienced no stomach upset whatsoever, which is a huge deal for me since I have a sensitive stomach. These vitamins feel gentle yet effective, and I plan to keep buying them. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality, methylated multivitamin that really works! Great value for money! No bad taste! Perfect size! If you have the MTHFR gene mutation I 1000% recommend these!

Good products

I only use Igennus vitamins now and have done so for a few years. They are brilliant quality and made in the UK. They have so much information available for the consumers too on what the nutrients are and the science stuff. You can actually access their in-house nutritionists with any questions you may have. Online videos for each product are also available which I personally find very good. The vitamins themselves are good quality with no junk in them. They are a bit pricey but you are buying quality supplements that will benefit your body. I feel the benefit of these multi-vitamins for men. Please note I am a lady and you ladies can use these vitamins. They are just missing the Iron which their multi-vitamins for women have. If you are not menstruating ie menopausal these will be fine unless you have an Iron deficiency that is. In that case you would be better with the other multi-vitamins for women.

I've bought Igennus Methylated Multivitamins & Minerals for Men, 60 tablets 3 times this year, and just noticed that last delivery was same bottle but different label, almost identical, but now called Advanced Multivitamins & Minerals for Men. Thought I was sent the wrong product but if you check the product page, 2nd image is Igennus letting customers know that they are changing their labels. Personally, I think the term Methylated is important, and was the reason I found the product when I was researching this, so hopefully same product means same formula and form as in it's still 'Methylated' and my advice, keep this term in the description because it's what people are searching for. Anyway, hopefully this is useful to other customers. Thanks.

The actual bottle and label looks the same as the advertised picture but no mention of the word Methylated, instead it’s been substituted for the word, Advanced. Perhaps I’ve got something different at least lost confidence.

I spent a long time looking for a multivitamin that was actually well-formulated rather than just well-marketed, and this is the one I landed on. What sold me, reading the label closely: • The active forms are used across the entire panel, not just one or two as a gimmick. Folate is L-methylfolate, B12 is methylcobalamin, B6 is P5P — the bioavailable coenzyme forms your body can use directly. Riboflavin as R5P, zinc and copper as bisglycinate, vitamin K as a K1/K2 (MK-7) split. This consistency is genuinely uncommon. • The potencies are sensibly moderate, which I consider a feature. Vitamin A is entirely beta-carotene with no preformed retinol, vitamin E is at a reasonable level, and nothing is megadosed. This is physiological adequacy done properly, not a “more is better” gimmick. • The sensible details are handled: no iron (appropriate for older men), selenium, iodine, boron, lycopene included, GMP-manufactured, vegan. I’m in my 70s and take this as the foundation of a deliberately lean supplement routine. After comparing a lot of options, this is the best-thought-out multivitamin I found. Highly recommended for anyone who actually reads labels.

My 5 stars are based on perception and research as well as gut feeling. I've been taking these vitamins for about a month which is not long enough to get a real determination of effectiveness but the research I've done on methylated vitamins combined with size and that these vitamins actually have a taste to them which many other brands I've taken over the years have not. If i remember to and I have a better assessment of them i will update. The cost is fair and I do take one in a.m. one in p.m.. I do have faith in these and from all research I've done they are high quality.
