(Written by my 11 year old granddaughter who is great in the kitchen) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Italian flavored crust *by R***R on April 19, 2025* So far this is the only gf pizza my family (who are not gf eaters) will eat with me (only I’m allergic to gluten). My 17 yo son devoured a whole pizza made with this crust himself. The bag makes three large crusts that need to be spread very thin because they rise up a ton before baking. I use oiled hands and parchment to spread them thin. Follow the instructions to a t and you’ll have excellent pizza. We add pesto (vegan for mine), Costco carnitas meat that’s been browned and shredded, fresh jalapeños chopped, pineapple bits and cheese (vegan for mine) to make a MonkeyPod pizza we had in Hawaii. Delicious!
