How do i turn on the uv sanitizing chamber on the base? that wasn’t in the instruction manual.

The UV light worked on mine for a year and a half then, it stopped working on both the travel and base units. I'm shopping for a replacement and won't purchase another one from this company, Aquasonic. I expected it to keep working linger than 1.5 years. 🙄

How do you know when it is fully charged? The website here shows a green light but mine only shows a red, even after the 24 hours

Per enclosed instructions, All lights should be off when full charging is complete.

Is this a quiet brush?

Relatively quiet but it is an electric brush so you can hear it when you are near it.
