Works great and charges the phone fast!

This charger should have been supplied with my $1,500 phone! When a company includes new charging technology in a phone that REQUIRES you to use this charger for proper user experience, the ONLY reason it would not come with the phone is to FORCE you to pay extra to buy it. If you want to save the environment, don't ship it in a bunch of packaging when it could have been tucked neatly in the package the phone came in. And you can't say people already have chargers lying around because there aren't any Samsung phones with 45w charging! The bold faced lie is exposed and anyone can see it for what it is: greed and profit. Why does every android phone manufacturer immediately give up their competitive edge whenever Apple makes their phones even worse? If they just kept onto the good stuff Apple keeps removing, everyone would be using Android by now. Chargers, headphone jacks, expandable storage, and rootable boot drives. All the advantages keep getting thrown away. At least the charger works well and charges the fastest I have ever seen. Don't use a different cable than the one supplied. It is thicker than a normal cable and probably necessary. I charged my phone with another cable (non Samsung) twice and immediately noticed a drop in battery performance.

A solid and fairly long cable makes it easy to use. The charging speed is incredibly fast. Definitely recommend for charging any USB device, but works especially well on Samsung devices that support super fast charge.

I found this to be a very well built charger that works perfectly with the S24 series phones. You can feel the quality the moment you unbox it and hold the charger in your hand. It has a metal, beefy case that dissipates heat well, and I have confirmed via a PD protocol analyzer and USB tester that this charger is compliant with USB PD 3.0. It is a bit more expensive than other options, such as the Anker 313, but the Samsung 45w charger does include the 100w 5A cable necessary for Super Fast Charging 2.0. If you want a very well built charger that will just work with your new Samsung phone, get this one and be done with it. If you want to spend a little less, get the Anker 313 but remember you will need to buy a 100w 5A cable separately.

If you have less than this super fast charge v2.0 on your Samsung S22 or S23 Ultra you are missing out on a critical capability of these phones. Skip the knockoffs or weaker 25 watt chargers. This 45 watt super fast v2 charger and cable is best in class by far. 45 watts is 80% more than 25 watt. You can charge up +50% in minutes and never charge phone overnight just charge a little before bed and a few minutes after waking up. Overnight charging shortens battery life. Because it charges so quickly and easily you could further extend battery life by using the Samsung charge to 85% option. Been doing the above for over a 18 months and battery is still like new. The 85% is still good for the day. I reused my older slower 25 watt chargers on charging pads or charging stands I scatter around where I could drop off phone to top off when convienant and super fast charging not needed. I strongly recommend this charger for all S22 S23 users. Avoid any knockoff brands that use inferior circuitry stick with Samsung brand.

I was pretty leery about purchasing this charger bc I thought it wasn't gonna work, but I was wrong & it was a great buy. My regular fast charger that came with my Note 10 Plus was a 25 watt fast charger & it charged my phone from 10% to 100% in about a hour & 10 minutes. This new Samsung 45 watt super fast charger charges my S23-Ultra from 10% to 100% in about 50 minutes & it actually says "Super Fast Charging" on the bottom of my phone when u first plug it in. I've noticed the circle around my fast charger on my Note 10 Plus is green when showing my battery percentage, but when I plug in this new 45 watt super fast charger, the circle is blue 🤔 All in all, it's only about 10 or 15 minutes faster than my regular fast charger that came with my Note 10 Plus. 10 or 15 minutes faster might not be worth the price for you, I just bought it bc the S23-Ultra is rated for 45 watt Super fast charging & I wanted to test it out for myself & I'll use my other charger for backup. Now the 45 watt charger does get warm a bit when charging, but not warm enough to burn anything. If you're not pressed for charging time, I would stick with your regular fast charger but this 45 watt Super Fast Charger does work.
