I PURCHASED THESE SHOCK'S FOR MY LG-WASHER A WHILE AGO,,, I WANTED TO SEE HOW THEY PERFORM OVER TIME,,, THESE SHOCK'S ARE BUILT NICE,, WITH SMALL X-TRA'S THE ORIGINAL'S DID NOT HAVE,, SUCH AS TIGHTER TOLERANCE,, AND BETTER EYELET GROMET'S,, "BUT",, ONE THING ABOUT LG-WASHER'S IS THAT THE DRUM LIKE'S TO FLOAT FREELY DURING SPIN CYCLE'S,, THESE SHOCK'S @ NEW ARE TIGHT,, SOO THEY TEND TO SEND MORE SHORT-WAVE VIBATION'S THROUGH THE MACHINE @ LOWER,, AND MID-SPEED SPIN CYCLE'S UN-TILL THE SHOCK'S ARE BROKEN IN,,,,,,,, OVER TIME OF USE THE DRUM RUN'S SMOOTHLY ON SPIN CYCLE'S NOW.

Looked identical to the three OEM 23-year-old worn-out shocks on my LG WM2301HR. Replaced these shocks at the same time I replaced the bearings.

Great product.

My LG Washer WM3885HCCA washing calls for 383EER3001S shocks and there’s also a spot to add an additional shock so I ordered 2 packs. However the pins do not fit correctly. The original pins are too large to fit in the mounting holes for this shocks so I could not use them. Now I have to open the machine about once a week to reinstall the pins because they fall out after every few washes. I’m very disappointed and will most likely end up having to spend more money on ordering the OEM shocks.
