I don’t know if I felt a difference with only 1 bottle used but it’s delicious!!

I love getting ALL my minerals daily in a convenient DELICIOUS lemon-lime flavor 1 oz. shot! I take the daily pack of vitamins/minerals from Youngevity daily as well, but I take this in the morning with my smoothie/green drink. Although, as I mentioned, it tastes fantastic! I sometimes just shoot it straight.Unfortunately, due to the weight, and being in a padded bag, the lid was cracked. It didn't leak though!

I really like Majestic Earth Herbal Rainforest. It's a great tasting healthy supplement.

I don't like liquid supplements because they usually taste like tree bark. This one however is great. I don't even mix it with anything. I starting taking this during college when I was feeling run down and it works great. I also keep mine refrigerated
