Amazing Book
This series and Sophia has become my fav now. There are so many twists and Sophia is so strong and different from any other mafia heroine. Alessandro and Sophia's story is written so beautifully.

Queen&King raising
Sophia Rocchetti is definitely a queen. What a stunning, brave and intelligent woman. For many moments while reading this book, I found myself just rambling about how in love I'm with her, and feeling nervous and excited for her to finally fit all pieces of this puzzle. And Alessandro, I'm a little sad he didn't appear more but I'm happy for what we got to know about him throughout this book.It was quite sad for me all the time they spent apart, but I'm hoping the next book will give me all the scenes I wanted for this one—mostly because there is a baby in this equation now!!! and babies always make my life easier. I truly enjoyed their scenes together, and I desperately need more. And, I have so many things I'd like to say, but I guess I'll have to save some to after finishing the next (& last) book.

Yes! Absolutely loved this one. I finally caught the essence of this story.
I started this book the day before yesterday and devoured it. I need more!!I craved to see a cunning, sly, manipulative Sophia Rocchetti in The Bloody Bride , and that is what I’ve gotten in this book. Loved her. She is definitely one of my favourites heroines.I like Alessandro! I can finally connect with him! I still wished we could have read from his POV. I can't remember if he made a solid appearance, around 40% of the book (he did at one point, but I felt the book was more about Sophia and the Rocchettis than Alessandro)I want to know the story behind Cat! I’m also a sucker for FBI-themed books, so I hope we at least get a novella. Can I say I really screamed when I saw Konstantin Tarkhanov name? I did. I squirmed. I need to read his story and this lady that got my interest asap. Russian Mafia is my weakness. Russian endearments are my kryptonite. Oh yes.One of the books I didn’t know I needed, like really need, give it to me now is Salvatore And Aisling. I get the feeling they are about to become one of my favourites. I wasn’t interested in Toto the Terrible, to be very honest, and I still think he is such a brute, but I can’t wait to see him falling hard for Aisling. Gaaah!!!What can I say about Salvatore Jr.? I really wanted to read more about him, you know, cold and calculating characters are my type, but that’s ok! I have a lot in my dish to devourI’m so happy to see improvement in this story! I’m off to read Book 3! ❤️

Must Read Mafia Sequel
This was a 5 star read for me. It sucks that they started the book apart - I really hate the MCs being separated in a book. Elena and Kon are both in these books and they're both really interesting. If I had read this book before the Kingpin's Foxglove I definitely would have wanted to read about them based on this book. I still don't know how Sophia got away with threatening the Don and not being killed but alas, he still likes her. Bree's books all seem to focus on the politics just as much or maybe even more than they focus on the romance which is interesting. I found the relationship with her sister really interesting because it would break my heart if this ever happened with my sister. Alessandro finally softened a bit in this book AND we even got an apology from him.

It was okay
It was nice to see the relationship develop with her husband and the other members of his family. The plot got more thick.
