Works well, easy to fit, the magnetic strip is very good and maintains a good seal

Let's start with the good.It has strong magnets. The material looks good.That's all the good bits.Now to the bits I don't like.The design is terrible.They give you about a dozen velcro bits with sticky ends. They are nowhere near enough to hold it in place as the flies still manage to come in through the bits that are not stuck on.If you consider 6 for each side, that leave you with 3 for the corners theat definitely need support and 1 for the top and 2 for the 210 cm long side.The material is pretty but also pretty flimsy. Wehn the curtain parts, the weight of the magnets means that it never comes back together until you force it. I have had to make it overlap on the top centre by about an inch on each side for it to actually do its job.The fitting might seem easy to start with, but once you realise that you need to tweak things, then it is a mess as the materail tears when you try to pull off the velcro stuck on it. And then you might as well bin it.Because the number of sticky velcro bit is so less, the lacy top is unfittable.At this time, I have only kept it up as I need something there until I order the other curtain when it is available in this size.

I have bought many of these fly curtains over the years and they are brilliant at keeping the fly’s and wasps out while keeping the door open in nice weather. I always buy a slightly longer length and turn the top over and put a curtain wire through to stop it falling down because they never stay up when you are in and out all the time.Unfortunately this curtain was not finished properly and keeps fraying down the magnet edge and I didn’t notice until I had altered it so I can’t send it back, maybe I just have a faulty one but hopefully it will last for the summer.

It's good and easy to put up. The only problem I found is the velcro strips don't hold too well so I ended up having to use the pins to fix it up properly. Other than that it is good. Excellent for closing behind the dogs when going in and out.

Put this on the outside of the kitchen door to keep the flying varmants out, so can now leave my kitchen door open and go out and come back in with ease as it shuts behind you always thanks to the magnetic bits on each curtain, it can also be easily taken down for washing.

On arrival I was very pleased, however please bare in mind if the inside of your frame is mental ( pretty much all are!) Then there is a possibility the magnet can stick to that and if you do not realise and shut your door then it jams the door! This happened to me and I was stuck on the 3rd floor of flats and my young child was inside! Accidents happen and in general the concept of the product is good, however this happened to cause me the most stressful day of motherhood as of yet! Just think of your surrounding, environment and others in the house hold. There's a slim chance something can happen like it did to me.

Waste of money. The Velcro small tabs supposed to hold it in place are too weak to do the job. As soon as it goes up it’s falls down again. I couldn’t send it back as it had to be cut because it is very long, too long for a standard door. I’ve had to get a roll of sticky backed Velcro to use instead to hold it onto door frame. Most other ones come with tacks included but this doesn’t.
