Does this work on iPhone SE?

My understanding is that it wirks on all iphones but prefrably with T-mobile. The line quality is not that great.

Can I use it in South Korea?

Yes but it is not very goo. Recommend u pick up cheap local phone and use prepaid sim.

Does it work with sim cards in Argentina?

Actually I did not tried it there but if you have a normal GSM system yes it should work
