Best one I have found
I wish I would have found this first before wasting time and money on so many others. On low setting it lasts all day at work. I have not had to use a higher speed because it is super easy to adjust and forget it. Before this purchase the top of the front of my shirt would look like I stepped out of a shower because i stay so hot when I am in motion. Now it stays dry all day unless I forget to turn it on. I also have copd and had to take frequent mask breaks because I was so hot I couldn't breathe and the mask would have to be changed. Now I'm good for a much longer time before I have to step out and get fresh air. I work in a residential care setting and wear a face mask at all times in the building. This neck fan is not in the way at all and it is very quiet and doesn't interfere with conversations at all. I also love that I don't have to stop my day to recharge it and suffer without it. It's now a part of my work day, sits beside my keys at home and is fully recharged in no time and ready to go again. It is the best investment I have made for work (besides comfortable shoes) and you won't regret it... forget the rest and get the best... this one!!

Probably the best neck fan you can get
I'm always overheating (yay genetics!) and work retail, so I've been searching for any ways to make my workdays less miserable! I previously bought a different, cheaper neck fan (the black one with the gold stripe), and it helped quite a bit. However, the battery life was abysmal so I decided to try my luck again. After a lot of deliberation, this is the one I settled on.Overall, it's a great fan, and I highly recommend it. It's reasonably lightweight, comfortable to wear, has a nice smooth matte feeling, and it's SUPER quiet. Even as the person wearing it and in a relatively quiet environment, I barely noticed it on the low setting. Someone standing within 2-3ft of you would be able to hear it, but not enough to be annoying or attention-grabbing. On the higher settings it's obviously a little louder, but in a low/moderate noise environment it still isn't particularly noticeable. I think it's partially because it makes less of that sort of pitchy noise that small fans make, and more of the soft whirring noise of a larger fan, which helps it to draw less attention. And speaking of drawing less attention, the "headphones" type neck fan is really nice because people really do think it's a pair of headphones--I think it just autofills in your head because what else would they be? People are always surprised when they find out it's actually a fan, and on any hot day they always ask where I got it so they can get one, haha. The double outlet vents and spinning vent wheel were the main attractions to this model for me, and they delivered! If you spin the wheels so that one vent blows air towards your face and the other blows air towards your neck, it cools quite well and is very refreshing. Even with a mask on, I could feel the air blowing across my forehead. It can be a little tough to figure out exactly where to position the wheels, and they don't put up a lot of resistance so it's easy to accidentally move them, but it's a small issue and one that I figure will resolve itself with practice and/or a small pen mark or something. Also, there's no mark for which side is supposed to be which, but the model has it with the charging port side on the left, so that's what I did. It gives you easy access to the power button. You could easily wear it either way though; the smaller vent blows a little less air so you can choose whichever way gets more air to the place you'd prefer have more air.The only major con for me is the battery life. It's advertised at 3-8h, but using it solely on the low setting, it isn't quite able to get me through my full work day. Still, it lasts somewhere around 7-7.5 hours, so I'd say it's close enough to be reasonable. A quick charge during a lunch break or something keeps it going long enough. It also does have a light for charging, which is supposed to flash when it's low on battery; I can't really confirm this though, because the light is facing away from you when you're wearing it so I've never seen it. Might consider a different placement for that!A last quick note, because I keep seeing this in reviews for every portable fan: it is not an air conditioner, it is just a fan. Which means yes, if the air is hot, it will blow hot air. There are some portable fans with "refrigerant chips" (basically a cooling metal plate), but even those aren't going to cool the air. Unfortunately, it's just much easier to add heat than to take it away, and only an air conditioner--an energy-inefficient and generally bulky piece of machinery--is capable of that to any reasonable degree! So basically, if you're going out in 100+ degree weather hoping this will save you... good luck. But if you're going out in say 80 or so, or you're just stuck somewhere warmish with really stagnant air, this will provide at least a little relief. It isn't enough to completely cool you or stop you from sweating, especially if you're super heat intolerant like me, but it's still a magnificent little thing and definitely worth the price!

OK, but wonder if other products may be better...
Not sure how these compare to the higher capacity neck fans that have a longer battery life/different venting, i.e around the neck. I chose this style for the more flexible neck cord, and that it might be more comfortable to wear because it appears less bulky. I do not like heavy/bulky objects around my neck. The battery life is OK, but for an all-day event you need to bring a good quality power charging back-up. Also, it will blow hot air if that's the temp of the surrounding air. You need either a cooling towel under/behind the intake vents to get cooler air or be inside/near shade which almost defeats the purpose of having the neck fan. Generally satisfied with the purchase of this product but wondering if other similar products may be better for same/similar price.

Best Neck Cooler
The media could not be loaded. What I love about this is the flexibility of the wrap band and the thin band. I tried others that look like a thick headband and did not find it comfortable around the neck. This is much better however, the trade off is, you only feel air from the 2 ends whereas the thick ones have air throughout. Still good and folds up nicely. You also can’t hear the air flow unless it is around your neck and right up against your ears. So if you are in a public space, no need to worry it will disturb your neighbors.

Easily broken
The media could not be loaded. The power up side broke within a month and the battery barely lasted 2 hours on low speed. I bought it for working concessions at the ballpark. Bought July 22, 2022

I was Skeptical with a capital S
I had tickets to the ballgame in Atlanta and when I saw the weather forecast, I considered cancelling. Temperatures in the high 90's to low 100's and high humidity. WOW! They don't call it HOTlanta for nuthin. I thought of several ways that might help me survive the night and decided to try a personal fan. I initially bought one at a discount German grocery store and it was horrible so I returned it. I bought this one by JISULIFE only because I knew I could return it. IT SAVED MY LIFE! Cool breeze on my face for 7 innings and that's only because I left early...battery still going strong! It would've easily lasted the whole game! I was also concerned about looking dorky but you know what, who cares! Everyone thought they were head phones! This is a fantastic product and I'm most definitely taking it with me on vacation to Hawaii!

Super Produkt!

A life saver
In the recent heatwave this has kept me sane. Even on the lowest setting a lovely light breeze keeps you cool enabling you to carry on with your everyday duties in a stress free way. The high setting is a tad noisy but it is worth it to remain reasonably cool.
