Are these thin optic glasses scratch free?

They come scratch free. 
Did you mean scratch resistant?
They are made of a similar plastic to regular glasses, so will scratch to a similar degree. Look after them as you would regular glasses and you can expect the same level of scratch buildup as you were used to with them. It all depends how carefully you treat them.

Is there any way that all 4 can come in one prescription? Who needs 4 different ones?

Will these fit into the thin optics keychain case?

Yes. They will fit in the Keychain case. It doesn't come with the Keychain case but if you already have it then these will work.
