Great holster, leather is firm. Color as advertised. Open bottom. Fit my Taurus G3 perfectly.

I tried a couple of holsters prior to this one for my Hellcat Pro - they were no good, so I returned them. I was hoping this one worked out, as I liked that it was a leather holster. To my pleasant surprise, it fit perfectly (after breaking in the leather a bit), nicely covers the trigger portion, holstered the gun properly with the mounted optics and carried well. It will only fit a max of 1 1/2" belt but it held on to the belt well while drawing. No complaints about the price either which is a great plus in this economy.

This holster works with my LCRx 3" Ruger 357, which is a very difficult gun to find a holster for. It works great for this gun - nice fit (and I'm a skinny fellow), nice hold, and comfortable. It's not so good for a pistol, however, because the squeeze of the leather presses against the magazine release, so you're walking along and pop, there goes your magazine! The pistol also is a bit loose compared to a fatter (the cylinder) revolver. Now personally I prefer OWB carry, but I've yet to find a good holster for my Ruger for that, so this is my only option for now!

I carry in the one o'clock position. I have many other holsters, but this is a pleasure to use daily. By far, it is the most comfortable of any of my holsters. The quality is premium, the value for the price is unreal, and the weapon retention is superb. The belt clip has the proper rigidity that stays in place during wear and is easy to remove at the end of the day (I wear a 2" gun belt). The leather is beautiful, the stitching is precise, and the interior is soft - true craftsmanship in every detail.

I like this holster. The leather is nice and the quality of manufacturing is great. It looks good and it seems to fit my Taurus G3c nicely. The inside leather is really grippy. If you squeeze the holster like in-between your belt and body, it becomes really hard to remove your weapon. I stuck a much smaller Makarov in it and it still is hard to remove. The leather is just sticky inside. It also uses two layers of leather on the top with makes it a bit thicker that kydex. It's my inside the safe holster at this point. Looks nice though. Maybe it will work for you.
