This software is relatively user-friendly and has good Integrations with other apps. I use it both for contact relation management and lead generation.

Description said this was software, but its actually only an access code to an online service. I emailed the company with some specific questions, but the email came back as undeliverable and there is no phone number or other contact information listed for this company.

Overall, It's a great tool for my job. It's really a push toward a much better flow of client-agent communications.

Really impressive! After this software, tenant management is no more an issue for me.

Reasons for choosing this were easy, price, no contract, and promised performance.

I'm a president of an HOA, and our current and previous management companies used Appfolio.I have had numerous calls from the home owners who are very unhappy about the Appfolio payment portal. For example, when special assessments or increases in HOA dues go into effect, the increased amount is automatically withdrawn from the owners' accounts. This is a nightmare for the HOA board, because people's have checks bouncing, etc., and we have to apologize and explain.To make it worse, I'm not a direct customer of Appfolio, only through my management company, so they refuse to offer and support directly to me.Neither of the management companies have been able to offer an issue tracker.All I can say is that if the next management company we look into uses Appfolio, they'll be immediately removed from the consideration.
