No it doesn’t not. I’ve worn it with skin tight dresses and there’s no outlines

We kindly inform you that our stage 1 post-surgery garment can be worn for the first 0-6 weeks after your surgery (for this garment choose your size pre-op as you will be swollen) Moreover, since our main goal will always be to provide you with the best support and service, do not hesitate in sharing any further doubts. We will be very attentive!

Q: Is this good for postpartum?

I think this would be perfect for that! Now if you had a c-section, I'd ask your doctor about it and possibly try something else due to how it is made. The eye and hook fastenings would prob give you trouble and may not be comfortable.
