We have the dispenser in our half bath. It’s sturdy and amazing quality. It looks very expensive for a fraction of the costs. The more paper in the dispenser the harder you have to pull to ensure the paper doesn’t tear. You definitely have to use both hands to pull the paper out. This doesn’t bother my family and has worked for adults and children. I love that it’s off the counter which frees up more space. You can use it on the counter but that’s not our preference. My only worry was the logo plastered on the front. It looks dark brown on the listing but blends quite well if the bamboo brown of the dispenser. This may not be important to some but I’m particular about logos.Overall, it’s so much more cost effective than paper towels and using a hand towel (ewww...)Long story short, buy it!

I was looking for a paper towel holder for my travel trailer, and this is perfect, I painted it to match my bathroom, and now I buy the Kleenex paper hand towels and they fit the box perfectly.

The slit for dispensing the paper towels has a sharp edge, which creates a lot of resistance when pulling the paper towel down. If your hands are wet, the towel (and I bought high quality, two-ply paper towels) often tears. You need to pull the towels out by grabbing each side and pulling straight down. I plan to try taking a file to the slit's edges to see if that helps.I bought two different brands of bamboo dispenser and they both do this, but this one is actually slightly better

I bought this for my personal bathroom at home. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, but often host guests and entertain-- I like having a home full of people, but not having a "powder room" for guests is one of my biggest challenges. So, I work over time to make sure my bathroom is as clean, clutter free and thoughtfully appointed as possible. Although I use a towel when I'm home alone day-to-day, I hate the idea of guests using a moist hand towel, so I purchased this paper towel holder and the Scotts trifold towels to go along with it. I actually placed it in my bathroom on the existing towel bar, so guests can pull the towels from below OR get them out of the top. It is nice and neutral and fits in with my decor. I would rate this 5 stars if it did not have the black logo on the front middle. I really dislike logos (I decant all of my shower products into bottles labeled "shampoo" and "body" so I don't have to see logos 24/7) so that is why I only give this a 4 star review. If you're on the fence, I say go for it. It comes with screws and items necessary for insulation.Make sure to order paper towels that will fit. Ending up with a case of the wrong size towels is more of a hassle than you can imagine-- trust me.

Broken upon arrival... cheap and misleading color on the pictures. I was contacted by customer service and they offered to send a replacement and they never did.My 2 cents:1- color is way off. Looks like 💩 color2- seriously? Over $26 for something I have to put together myself. It doesn’t look chic like the pic, the color is dull and tbh looks cheap!I didn’t see the part where I have to assemble it. It was broken upon arrival.Where are these reviews coming from?I made the mistake to go by the “positive” reviews.

I love this holder. It has always bothered me that people were drying their hands on the same towel. How do we know how thoroughly everyone has washed their hands before us? I have become somewhat off a germ phobia person but now I use and have only used paper towels in the kitchen and now I am using them in all of my bathrooms. I have purchased one of these for each bathroom.

I installed this in the powder room to get rid of the nasty wet hand towels that become so common.Installation is easy on the wall with the provided anchors. If at all possible, get the center screw into a stud. The anchors seem like they may be a little floppy by themselves. With the center screw in a stud and the other two in the provided anchors it's solid as a rock. Also, try tightening the screws after you mount it to clamp it down a little more. It seems quite stable after doing so.The pull on the towels is a little rough with one hand and can tear, but if you use two from both corners, it's pretty smooth. Overall, a nice product and reasonably priced,

Fits the bill for making easier use of the much cheaper multi-fold paper towels.The model I got had two dowels at the bottom making it fairly easy to extract a towel. Though when you load it with an entire "250" towel package, the weight of the towels does make it "tighter" and if you don't pull straight down or have wet hands, they will tear.Instead of screws, I mounted mine with two self adhesive, removeable Velcro strips. Great decision, makes it much easier to remove, reload, and stick back on the wall.When mounting, make sure there is enough space/clearance at the top to allow the towels to move (or don't load a while 250 pack of towels) otherwise it will make it more difficult to pull out towels.The biggest downside is the towels aren't strong enough to handle a real a strong pull-out game.I bought a case of 4,000 towels for less than $33; at less than a penny a towel, I'm not complaining.CON: I'm pretty sure it's just glued together so we'll see how long it lasts.

So I've settled on the premium Kleenex multi-fold towels as the best value for home kitchen use. One towel suffices for 99% of tasks including hand drying.This dispenser looks OK and does a good job of controlling the release of the Kleenex towels. Good product.Can't speak to other towels (C fold and others).

This was exactly what I was looking for. Not too commercial looking. Someone made a comment about the logo on the front, but it is very small and elegant, so even that was ok.Works well with the Kleenex multifold. We held it up and tried it out.Picked it up again next day to show a friend how awesome it is and it literally fell apart in my hands. Corners are glued, but not very well. Maybe I got a dud. I need it this weekend so I can't return it. I'm going to try glueing it back together.

We were really looking forward to this item because of the star ratings and elegant design. However, we should have paid closer attention to the one star reviews. The bamboo towel dispenser arrived broken, in pieces, There was no damage to the outside shipping box. It looks like maybe the glue was old and the product came apart. But that is just my guess. We will not order another because it might arrive the same way.If they are duds, there are more than one of them being shipped to customers because we just read the reviews. I wish we had looked closer prior to ordering and saved some time.Sorry, we went with another product. Thank you.

These look great and were easily installed. We did not use the traditional method of installing knowing that we may want to move them but they're light enough that alternative ways were easily improvised. They look nice and are functional.

The media could not be loaded.  I don't know how to place the Kleenex paper in the dispenser to be able to take one after the other easily.No matter how I placed the paper, it doesn't work properly.
