Perfect fit and stylish. Feels high quality for the price. Not sure why anyone would pay $150 for the genuine part from Toyota just for it to be labeled TRD. This is the same thing without the price tag

This is crazy value for the price. I have to admit I was skeptical at first based on some photos in reviews and I’m not really a fan of the red stitching. This thing is weighted, and larger and softer to the touch than the factory one for my 2005 4Runner SR5. I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality and how easy it was to install. It’s larger than stock but it threads right into position as if it’s meant to be there. If you are on the fence about this for your 4th gen 4Runner, wait no longer!

Nice replacement for worn factory
Been installed for a week. Threads tighten past straight. Added lock tight and set straight. Havnt had issues with it spinning since. Pleased wih it. Will see how long it lasts.

Threaded right on like stock The threads were frayed at the bottom, but I just trimmed off the access.

Looks and feels good
Feels better than the stock one on the TRD Sport. Looks a lot better also. The boot doesn’t have that firm click like the factor shifter though when putting it back in place.
