The item came with a broken part, used to secure the roller on place. As a result, the rice flies off when the grinder is operating. I brought the more expensive model thinking I don't have to suffer these problems precisely. Such a disappointment. I am returning the item.

Product is working very good

This is best. Arrived on time. Was easy to use. We made idli batter recently and the idlis came out well compared to the mixer we were using earlier. We love it.

This product failed in less than a year of purchase. The center part of the drum came out and when I contacted the manufacturer they sent me a video on how to order parts and to fix it by ourselves, why should the customer be fixing issues with the grinder in less than a couple of years of manufacture. The product should have been replaced or fixed by them. We did follow instructions and fixed the whole in the middle of the drum but now the machine doesn’t even run fast and sometimes completely stops. Contacted the manufacturer for a replacement or refund and they directed us to their service partner in the USA and they want us to send the machine to them at our cuts and then they’ll tell us what is wrong with it and how much it’ll cost to fix it. Why does the customer have to pay to have a manufacturing defect fixed? Don’t buy this wet grinder, not of good quality like in previous years. Very expensive to start with.

Purchased and returned twice. The first purchase had an issue with one of the cushion holders in the bottom. The second purchase had an issue with the drum rotation. After being connected, the drum remains stationary until given a slight push.
