There is one input port on this subwoofer, which is a (mono) female RCA input (not to be mis-seen as a 3.5mm aux input).

Anyone using it with yas-107/ats-1070 soundbar?

I'm using mine with the ATS-1080 and works great with it.

Can this unit be left on when not in use, that is does it have a power save mode?

Does not have power save mode and the on/off switch is in the back of the subwoofer which is not convenient since it's in a lower cabinet. I connected the subwoofer to a surge protector. However, I added a smart plug to one of the outlets of the surge protector and then connected the subwoofer to the smart plug. I leave the SW in "ON" position with the volume at the position (about half way) that best works with my listening room. I then use the phone app of my smart plug to turn the speaker on/off as needed without having to go to the back of SW each time. Very convenient, just have to remember to turn on the speaker before using my home theatre system. The speaker is very good and provides enough base for my 16' x 16' room and at the same time fits in my designated cabinet.

Yamaha ats-1030 can this subwoofer be hooked up with a sound bar with dual built-in subwoofers

Hi..I used the sub with my older ats 1010 with no problems..you will need to input commands to your 1030 to tell it to use the external sub and not the internal subs..both can't work at the same time..see the manual's instructions.
