I purchased this necklace and it arrived bent, so the pendant wouldn't move on the chain. Eventually, the chain snapped due to the pendant pushing on one of the links the wrong way. The necklace lasted me about a week. However, I exchanged it for another one, and the next one I got was perfect and I still have it.

The media could not be loaded. Got it for my daughter’s birthday. She wore the necklace and in couple days it is tarnished pretty bad just wearing them. It was not exposed to water or anything. Very disappointed. I’m going to have to return it but we threw away the packing. How do I return it now?
