This flashlight is ridiculously bright. If I shine it at the sky at night, I get a reflection back, it's crazy. It is a bit bulky, but if you need a super bright flashlight, this is it.

The brightest headlamp I have ever had

This head lamp casts a long distance beam and is decently bright. The only drawback is that it's a bit heavy so a slight strain on the neck. I wear this on a full brim hard hat and it fits pretty good on it. Another thing to keep in mind is that it projects the light straight forward and it's not a wide arc so you might not have a good view peripherally in the direction you are shining it. The battery on a full charge gets me through a full shift of work so it's not bad. I recommend this If you work at night or are out hiking or camping and need to see things from a distance.

This head lamp has a nice bright center beam that is about 5-30ft in diameter, depending on how far away from your subject you are. We tried this light at night in one of our local fields and it was able to illuminate the trees so well that you could readily make out branches and tree trunks at 1,200 ft away. It did illuminate to 1,600 ft, but the details were not so easy to make out... The fill light was ample as well, it made it easy to see close by and work with your hands. There are three cons though... #1 The battery is not replaceable. #2 The plastic battery housing is huge..and I have a relatively large head at 7-3/4". #3 The hinge that allows the light to be tilted is plastic...hopefully that holds up to me over the years.

I use this for frogging it’s a little big I’ll admit. But it’s by far the brightest headlight I have ever used amazing. Okay battery life as well if you need to see in the dark this will do it hands down.

This light throws a very bright spot, but not practical. It threw a fairly tight beam on trees behind my house 1/4 mile away. Cons: Too heavy for the head, headband slips off back of head from the weight of the lamp & battery, should have been on back side to counterbalance. Can't see wearing it for too long, found will make the back of neck sore. The battery box is slightly rounded but too flat on back and is uncomfortable to the head. I agree with the reviews on the head strap hook up, they should install the head strap before shipping, it's a bear to get the small end loop on. Overall, for the 5 minutes I've tried it, it's okay. Update: I've used this light as a work area light instead of wearing it, found the battery outlast any headlamp I've ever used, burns for weeks before having to charge. I'm a headlamp enthusiasts but cannot classify this as a headlight until they balance the battery to the rear of the headband so it doesn't slide off the front of the head.

This little jewel is like turning on instant sunlight! It's durable (so far) very portable. I purchased a unit and was amazed at the amount of light it gives off. I gifted my brother with one of these lights. My brother lives on a large farm invaded by feral hogs...from time to time...armed with his new light and his AK47, he has ambushed the hogs and reduced the population significantly! The buzzards are happy. The coyotes are happy. My brother is happy. What's not to like!?!?!?
