Q: Does it come with a sleeve?

Mine did. Strangely enough, it was a black sleeve for my blue umbrella!

Yes, the automation works well, and no, the umbrella is not hard to fold. I have no issues with it. It is sturdy, and seems to be a well made umbrella.

Q: Are all the different designs glow in the dark or just the one?

Only color 2 can glow in the dark

Q: When closing after using does umbrella collect water on the inside then does water pour out if umbrella if put in a holder on a backpack?? Thanks

This is a tri-fold umbrella, the black top will be wet even when it folds up. The portion with the picture will not be wet. If you close the umbrella and put it in a backpack after use it will be wet on the outside and get the backpack wet.
