Clear Call Quality
I have this item installed on my brand new Scorpion AT-960 Helmet and it works great! I have taken 3 calls while traveling at highway speeds, and windy conditions, and each caller said they could hear me clearly. None of the callers had any idea that I was on a motorcycle. I am thoroughly impressed with the sound quality and battery life! After watching a short video on how to remove the cheek and crown padding, installation was a breeze.

Absolutely Frustrating And Horrible Install!
This was a horrible install. I would have given this a ZERO STAR rating, if it were possible. I own several different helmets from different manufacturers, (including a previous Scorpion). To be fair, i've only installed an integrated Bluetooth system on one other helmet, which was my Shoei GT Air II. At 30 minites from opening the box, to ready to use, that install was a DREAM by comparison to the Scorpion install! Literally 3 hours of pressing, and prodding, just to get the wires routed, and It still isn't installed properly! Once i got the wires routed in, the only way I could see to route them, the neck colar would no longer fit tn the helmet properly. I tried for over an hour of coaxing the colar sleeve to fit back in the crevas where it's supposed to, but the wires are in there too, and it's still not seated. Unfortunately, once you get to this point in the install, the speakers are stuck in place with the 3M adhesive. So you can't just remove the speakers and start from scratch, without compromising the adhesive. And nobody wants their speakers coming loose on a ride, and then having to tear the interior out again, AND order new adhesive strips from Scorpion. Additionally, through all of the fighting to try and get the EXOCOM system installed, I marred up the neck collar for my helmet, and the neck collar sleeve, still isn't fully in place. So... I'm stuck with both the helmet and the EXOCOM. Luckily I love the helmet, so not all is lost. The battery fits at the back of the helmet in a little slot, under the neck collar, which has a notch to keep it in place, but releases fairly easily, to pull out to charge. However, its still a poor design for the battery placement. If you're constantly reaching under your neck collar, and pulling the battery completely out, every time you need to charge the EXOCOM battery, you're going to wear out the back portion of your neck collar, and cause a tear in the elastic material. Contrasted by my Shoei hellmet which has the battery charging port flush with the exterior of the helmet, so all you do is plug it in, and unplug it when its finished charging. No pulling the battery in and out. It is completely misleading on Scorpion's part, for an inegrated Bluetooth speaker system install that's supposed to be made for the AT960. Scorpion calls this a "simple install". That couldn't be farther from the truth! The documentation states that you should refer to the manual to insure proper installation, per the specific helmet. Yet, there are no instructions (even on the Scorpion AT960 web page) showing how to install the EXOCOM Bluetooth system. Final thoughts: I've had Scorpion helmets in the past, and I've loved them. I love my brand new Scorpion AT960 helmet, but in hindsight, after over 4 hours of trying to install this 'custom designed' integrated Bluetooth, I would buy a Sena (or other adaptable Bluetooth system) and skip the EXOCOM. I'm just floored that Scorpion would put out such a poorly researched and developed integrated Bluetooth system, and still put their name on it.

Loud and clear
Installed this exo Bluetooth comm system on my helmet and it was easy to install and set up. I wear hearing aids and the road noise is a horrible thing for me. So I needed a quality mic and speaker. This has both. I can hear and communicate at high speeds with the wind noise and in the city. I like it so much that I purchased another for my wife’s helmet. I give it two thumbs up

Great product.
They allow you to hear everything on the road as well as listen to music or a gps. Easy to set up and get going, and quite the battery life.

3 star product at a 5+ star price
It works ok at low wind/speeds. The install, cabling and battery placement are good. The simple to remove and charge battery with USB-C is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. You can carry a spare battery and easily swap it. The bluetooth connection has been simple and solid. The mic is at the speakers, found my conversations impacted but not a problem if you slow down or pull over. Music while riding was my goal, unfortunately disappointing tiny speakers did not perform. The I-Phone EQ settings help slightly. The installation into the helmet is clean and the reason I did not return it, fits the helmet well, wish the mic and speakers lived up to the helmet and installation quality. Hoping they redesign with much larger, more bass capable speakers... Fit: AT-960 helmet fits in factory designed slots Battery life: USB-C chargeable and spare battery capable Bluetooth connectivity: Works well with I-Phone- have not tried others Value for money: Price would have been easier to swallow if the music and call capability matched the cost. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great helmet - wanted another great product to match with it - only ok

One speaker is not working
The Speaker on the left side of the helmet (closest to the control buttons), isn't functioning. On top of that, when I try to scan/type in the serial number to register my product into the exo com app it doesn't accept it. Which is leading me to believe that this specific box has been returned before. The sound quality is ok, as long as you aren't going at high speeds. Once you're going fast you can barely make out what is being said through the speakers. Installing is easy, the part that caught me off guard is that the Battery's back panel was loose and fell off as soon as I was taking it out of the package. As for Battery life, it's lasted pretty good on standby especially since it took 5 hours to UPDATE the firmware through the app. This cost me as much as the helmet did... I refuse to settle for low quality, at this price especially!!! I'm returning this item.

Batería no carga
Me vino el producto con la batería defectuosa (no cargaba). Además de que al devolverlo no ofrecen pagar los gastos de envío, tuve que pagar yo el paquete de vuelta.
