– ASUS VivoWatch 5 (HC-B05)

I bought this watch just over a year ago, and I'm sad to say it's not working any more. A year and one week after I bought it the battery failed. And guess what, the warranty is for one year, so it literally was one week out of warranty when the battery failed. The battery refuses to charge any longer. I contacted ASUS UK customer support, and was told by a very friendly and most helpful customer service representative that "From the description you have provided, I understand that you need a spare part for your device. Unfortunately, ASUS UK does not sell or supply individual spare parts, whilst I appreciate this may be of some frustration there are many reasons why we do not do this." She was indeed very helpful and directed me to some 3rd party European resellers who sell original spare parts. I immediately contacted them. Unfortunately they also didn't have the battery available as a spare part. One supplier offered to contact ASUS to see if he can find it, and told me later in an email that he had "searched for this item with the manufacturer but it is not available". So long and the short of all of this, if you are planning to use the watch for more than one year, then rather spend your money elsewhere. ASUS, I'm really disappointed with you on this one...

I purchased one at the start of June. It was returned within a day as it didn't charge. I liked the look of the watch so had a replacement. Unfortunately after 7 weeks it the identical issue occurred. Failure to charge! So this time I am getting a refund. Personally I won't be choosing another ASUS watch.

It does everything it claims, and for all the reasons I bought it. But for the price, and in comparison to other watches in that bracket it misses a lot of features. The design choice to have an LCD screen instead of an LED one, is claimed to save battery, although with the screen being off for most of the time, I don't see it having a big impact on it. Though the LCD colours look washed out, and the brightness leaves much to be desired. I think that was a bad choice. Everything is paired with an ASUS HealthConnect app on a phone, which doesn't have the ability to export data which I would like, so I could do my own data-analysis. "Customised clock faces" is the same clock face, with just a change of background image. You can't reposition the clock elements to suit the picture.

No me gusto la correa , y la falla del cable o el reloj , ya que no carga la bateria , lo voy a regresar . Ya se arreglo el cargador no lo devolvere. Gracias.

Ekran üstünde de görebiliyorsunuz. Fotoreseptör ile parmak ucunuzdan yada direk saat altındaki reseptörler ile bileginizden ölçüyor. Kan şekerini ölçmüyor, EKG çekmiyor. Adım sayarı mevcut. Bluetooth ile cep tele bağlanıyor. mesajları anlık gösteriyor. sonradan dönup mesajlara yada arayanlara bakamıyorsunuz. telefon edemiyorsunuz, konuşamıyorsunuz. Dediğim gibi akıllı telefondan çok sağlık kontrolü olan telefon. Satın alırken dikkat edin. 3 günde sarjı %50ye düştü. yani bir hafta şarjı dayanır. Kablosuz şarjı yok. Su geçirmez ama sensorler etkilenmesin diye suya sokmuyorum. Kimler alsın: Yüzde yüz güvenli değil ama tansiyon problemi olan, koah - astim hastası, uyku problemi çeken alabilir. Guzel bir teknoloji. umarım şeker ve çeşitli kan tahlilleri yapan saatler de çıkar.

El reloj es muy bonito y la calidad parece muy buena. en lo personal las correas de plásticos blandos no me gustan, no son prácticas para quitar y poner aún que no sea algo frecuente. Las carátulas de reloj muy muy simplonas y con pocos visibilidad, lo sabía, pero es menor de lo que esperaba. Los ajustes muy limitados, no puedes ajustar a placer cada uno de las funciones. ejemplo quiero monitorear la presión periódicamente pero no me interesa la temperatura y saturación de oxígeno, pues no se puede, es todo o nada. Medir la presión por los sensores para los dedos es muy complicado, inicialmente parecía funcionar bien, tengo un par de semanas que no lo he podido hacer y no encuentro la falla. El altímetro no funciona bien, lo ajustas y no trabaja correctamente. en un par de semanas tuve oportunidad de estar en la playa y en vuelo, la medición completamente descabellada. Decidí este modelo y marca solo por la medición de presión y no me siento satisfecho con la compra. espero solo sea cuestión de ajustes, pero no veo por donde se puede hacer.
