Great customer support. We did not receive the first order, so they send a second at no Cost. My daughter got it for her and her boyfriend for Vday. Hers broke tonight, 2 weeks after wearing it. Easily fixable, but unless we get some stronger pieces, it will continue to break. Very pretty, amd her boyfriend even wears his. As Long as we fix, they wear and are happy. Lol

I loved these bracelets, i gave one to my gf and for the month we were still together when i bought them they were amazing, didn’t fade the color, they were comfortable, and the looks were good, but mine broke after a workout where my arms got to pumped and broke, so don’t put it too tight.
