nice headset for the price, super light and comfortable, easy to clean, adjustable in every way, mute and other buttons all work well... good, clear sound in my ear, and the people on the other end of calls are all always able to hear me loud and clear...... heads up though, if you prefer the background noise in the room that YOU'RE in to be canceled out a bit by your head set, so that YOU don't hear it as much, then this is probably not a good choice, it only covers one ear, and sits very lightly against that ear, so you can still easily hear everything going on in the room around you, I prefer it this way so it's great for me, but just wanted to mention it for others

I think this was a great buy. I use it for work activity. The sound is extremely clear and background noise free . The cord is long enough to give me freedom in my home office, and yet short enough to not get all tangled up. I bought it because of the price, and it works very well. I do not use it for gaming as it is only one speaker, but for office work I love it.

Great value with easy to use controls and easy adjusting figment.Sound quality would be much better if the over the ear pads were larger. They are used for calls and web meetings so sound quality is not critical.

Is as comfy as any headset could possibly be. And others cannot hear background noise even when music is playing in the background.

Was so very excited to find a comfortable and lightweight pair of headphones that I didn't mind wearing all day. the sound was great, fit was great but then they started to sporadically not work. Being in a call center when your headphones randomly stop working can mean a bad customer experience for the caller. This set was on the "not so cheap" side but now I don't feel I got my money worth ~~~back to the old heavy clunky set!

Working pretty well for Rosetta Stone. Like the price point, as language learning is only application I'm using them for. Comfortable as well. Keep up the good work.Wish there was option for searching for Rosetta stone/language learning headset application. But that's a Amazon suggestion. Made gamble based on the speech recognition and price point.

The first day I had so much static on my first few calls, I went back to my Apple EarPods.A few weeks later I tried again. Static was gone. Sound was ok but I had to eat the mic for clients to hear me. And I adjusted the mic levels multiple times. I don’t know how you have noise canceling headphones with one side open but that’s not way I purchased them. Headsets are never comfortable but this one is decent because of the single ear. It’s less constricting. At the end of the day, I was definitely ready to take them off.What I really didn’t like (and what my employer won’t like either) is the USB port ruined a terminal, conveniently 3 weeks after the return date. I wasn’t using the headset the entire time, as I said the static turned me off. So after roughly 4 weeks I have one less USB terminal because I bought a pair headphones that performed no better than an old set of Apple EarPods with an audio jack. Out the money, the USB terminal and left with a broken headset and a headache. I will tell anyone that asks until my dying breath not to purchase anything from this brand.

I bought for when I work from home and with 3 yappy dogs, no one has mentioned when I am on the phone and one of them barks. Seems to have a good quality. I did not rate for gaming since I do not do that

Bought this to work from home and had to have a USB connector. Loved the single feature and can switch from one ear to the other easily. Comfortable wearing all day, 8 hours, with breaks and being able to switch ears. I really like still being able to hear what’s going on in the house while I’m making calls. Very handy sound control, the mute button does not work in Skype even though I tried to download the software. It does work to mute for Zoom calls. Good value for the price, I was happy with it working the better part of a year from home.

Used for work, so I wanted something cost effective and light. I wanted to avoid over-ears because they can get uncomfortable if used for long periods of time. These are a kind of middle ground that I find very comfortable sitting on your ears but not over them so you still have awareness of your immediate environment that can be lost with over ears. The mic is great and completely flexible to fit for comfort. It is also very easy to rotate out of the way if not needed.

Installation über USB problemlos, wird am Laptop von Win10 sofort erkannt und ist betriebsbereit. Das Headset ist auch über längere Zeit angenehm zu tragen. Kopfhörer und Mikrofon sind in Ordnung, man versteht gut und wird gut verstanden. Ich nutze das Headset für Online-Meetings und bin sehr zufrieden damit.
