These outlet cubes have been so convenient around my home. I put one behind the couch where the outlet was hard to reach, and now I can easily power a lamp, phone charger, and diffuser without moving furniture. Another one lives in the kitchen for my toaster, blender, and coffee maker, and it handles them with no problem. The last one stays in my travel bag—it’s already saved me at a hotel with only one outlet by the bed, letting me charge my phone, watch, and tablet at the same time. They feel well-built, don’t get hot, and the angled plug makes them great for tight spaces. The only thing to note is they don’t offer surge protection, so I still use a power strip for sensitive electronics like my TV. But for everyday household and travel use, these are compact, sturdy, and worth every penny.

Works nicely for my needs. It rotates the orientation of the plug 90 degrees, so that plug in AC wall warts fit on a strip. I mean, who designs the wall warts to go "in line" like that, they take up two spots. The additional outlets on the side are nice, but not really needed in my application.

What a great power tap. Exactly what I needed with a ground plug and taking one and turning it into 3. Super compact so it fits where I need it and very well made. Works in any 3 prong US 110 volt AC outlet. Highly recommend; in fact I am placing a second order for 3 more right after I am done posting this review.

I'm more familiar with the heavy duty orange hard rubber-like splitters. These are rated at 15A and 1875 Watts (good for all home appliance power needs). They feel very light weight and hollow. I would try to avoid any kind of abuse and keep these indoors. The ground prong has some slight play in it on all three, nothing serious, and the flat prongs feel solid on all three. All operate fine, no issues. They should last a while and look better than the big orange splitters.

I've always had good experiences with Cable Matters products and this is no exception. This three-pack has great simple-but-sturdy outlet expanders that will work with multiple outlet types including GFCI. The expanders are small, and the side-orientation of the plugs is ideal for many use cases. I live in an old house, and even if you don't it's rare that outlet locations match needs perfectly. Right now I'm using one of these to expand a lonely outlet serving a couple of lamps, but which still needs to be available for the vacuum or a circulating fan from time to time. Another helps manage cables and availability near the furnace where a CO detector obstructs much of the outlet. Good quality. Recommended.

They feel sturdy and work correctly to provide a 90 degree angle on an outlet that might be behind some furniture. No problems with them so far.
