First one didnt work, ordered a second one, overly complicated app, customer service was helpful but buying the plan was near impossible. would not recommend

Good value for money. Quick acquisition of satellites. Battery life. App and general operation takes a bit of figuring out initially. Very helpful support staff (though they don't work weekends which would be a great help).

It doesnt work, doesnt connect to phone takes days to charge its like as hop dummy version they use in case of it being stolen absolutly unresponsive, useless and very let down indeedd.

Activeren lukt echt wel niet gemakkelijk. Dit kan NIET via de app en enkel via GTC. Activatie zou automatisch in orde dienen te zijn.

batterij gaat op standby lang geen 120h mee, maar als je de stick gewoon alleen aanzet wanneer nodig, dan werkt de rest wel. activeren en abboneren is een beetje omslachtig, maar waar het om gaat is dat na dat alles het wel werkt en dat geeft rust op reis

Best of its kind - easy to set up, easy to carry, and the most flexible plan options. Teenage kids take it on their back country adventures and it gives us piece of mind that they can call for help, or just let us know that they're having a blast. Roll-over message plans mean we can carry it for safety on in-bounds ski days (just in case!) and then have lots of message credits for backcountry trips in all seasons. I did a ton of research before landing on the Bivy Stick, but at this price point, it has the best flexibility, the best certainty of signal, and the best physical design to not be a pain in the ass to carry.
