The lip of the case is raised about 1/16 of an inch and will provide protection if dropped. We offer free returns for 30 days if you are not satisfied.

Q: How do I remove my phone from the case?

You slightly open the bottom corners of the case with your hands and pull out the phone. It's a snap case, so it should be easy to remove. You can also check the video on our product page for more guidance.
