We travel often and it’s literally been a life saver. We stopped along a 15 hour drive and it actually saved us from our room being broken into! The alarm is loud and definitely catches everyone’s attention. It is super easy to use and set up! It fit on the hotel door seamlessly and didn’t stop us from being able to get in and out as we needed to. We would just remove it if we needed to run out and put it right back when we returned! It definitely made a sketchy situation feel a lot more safe!

This is the best purchase I have made for my safety! I was concerned about renting an Airbnb so I decided to give this a try. It is extremely sturdy and easy to install! At first I was concerned because it was too big for my door, but I realized it was two-sided and fit perfect! I felt so safe without even having to lock the door! It was so easy to install and remove! The siren on the door stop will wake everyone in the house! This is a perfect kit!! I am SO thankful that I bought this! Now I know that my family will always be safe away from home!

Gave 3 stars because the door stop alarm was broken when I received the package and my time to return it had expired. We’ve used the portable door lock numerous times in hotels. But sometimes it will not work with some hotel doors. But when it does work with the door, works great!!!!

Wow! Nothing worked. I gave it a try, left and right. NOTHING WORKS AT ALL.. THIS IS THE BEST WELL CREATED HORRIBLE SCAM EVER!! I want my money back...Most of all for us that need to keep us dafe, this is a HUGE NO!!!!! While I luckily haven't had to test this product in a real life circumstance, it does seem QUITE functional. The door lock is easy to use, and the two strike hole sizes are such a good idea! Also, its size and the little bag it comes in makes it so portable for travel. Once it is in the door strike and the door is closed, this lock seems very sturdy.The door wedge is VERY loud, shrill, and annoying: surely a great deterrant/alarm! I'm uncertain of how well it would hold up over time, but if its only functional for one or two attempted break ins, that's well worth the money.

Bought this product as my wife had seen a lot of videos on social media about people breaking in to hotel rooms at night. So that was our intent when we purchased this. The door alarm on the door stopper was pretty loud (only tested it, never had it actually go off). It's simple enough that you just put it at the door, turn it on and set the sensitivity. If the door opens, it pushes down on the top of the door stopper and the alarm sounds. Took a 9 volt battery for this.The other part is best compared to an extra door lock. Took a little bit of practice to set right, but some of that may have been issues with the door as well. Basically you set it in place and close the door and it slides over the part of the door that latches. You then place the red part thru the ring and it is almost as if you had an extra deadbolt on the door.My wife and I were pretty happy with it and will continue to use it anytime we stay in a hotel or the like. I do recommend as well.
