Best Botanicals White Oak Bark Cut 16 oz.

It makes very good tea. If kept dry, it can last---retaining its value---for years. I am making my own alcohol based tincture with the bark. It's very easy to make tinctures. Cheap vodka can be used or brandy. It seems to work for me very well. My digestion has really improved. I don't know that it was the White Oak Bark that did it. But, that's what I read.

I would buy again.

I used it on a sore leg - - it seem to take the soreness away.

Mixing just 2 table spoons of oak bark in a gallon of hot water and soaking feet in this blend when it gets warm for 30 minutes get almost instant results! Skin becomes smooth and healthy looking, no more sweaty and stinky feet and the result stays for a long time after using it for 5 days. I love it!

I tried other preparations of oak bark. This mix gives a brew with pleasant enough taste, but not too strong.
