Use as a substitute for powdered pectin for blooming homemade ice cream
Alton Brown recommended this product for his version of vanilla ice cream. I can taste the difference between the liquid version and the powdered one and I highly recommend this product for anyone who is serious about making homemade ice cream.

So easy to use and oddly versatile!
So while other people are making jams and jellies, which I would love to do too, I have come to find that this works wonderful in ice cream recipes when you don’t have eggs on hand!

Bottle is clear, not green as shown.
Expected a green bottle based upon the picture (to replace a green bottle that I broke) but received a clear bottle instead.

Just like the good old days!
When one box of Sure-Jell did not seem to be setting my strawberry preserves, and a second box might have ruined it, 4 tablespoons of liquid Certo was just what was required, and the bottle went into the refrigerator to be ready for the next batch.

Never use liquid pectin
Liquid pectin has ruined several of my projects and I had to go back and redo them with powdered pectin, they are interchangeable so never use the liquid..
