Needed to save height in a 2-tier closet with high and low bar in order to fit a double height shoe cabinet on the floor.I worried if these fairly expensive hangers were really going to help. There are great. They save 3 1/4 inches ( about the width of most hands). I worried if the hangers were sturdy and they are very well made c strong steel and thick strong plastic coating to protect pants and prevent slippage. I worried about the cost, but they were worth the $24 for ten hangers. The cost/quality were good enough that I actually purchased two additional sets. If anyone told me I would spend $75 on 30 hangers well.... I would do it again as they are a quality product that saves height space as advertized.

These Mawa by Reston Lloyd Trouser Series Non-Slip Space-Saving Clothes Hangers (with Single Rod for Pants, Style KH/1, Set of 10, Silver) are just what I was looking for. I wanted a sleek trouser hanger in silver with silver-colored non-slip rubber. I've been using the hangers only a few days. I like the look and feel of them. They're sturdy for jeans which tend to be heavier than dress pants. I like that they're short; i.e., my pants hang higher versus the trouser hangers I was using from the dry cleaners (wire/cardboard). Because the Mawa hangers are metal, they're heavier than a plastic hanger. Their weight may be comparable to a wooden hanger. As for cost, this set of 10 cost $34.95 -- that's $3.50 per hanger. I find that a bit steep for my budget; but I got them anyway. I've seen other similar hangers that cost less but have a Prop 65 warning. I'd rather spend a bit more than risk being exposed to cancerous materials.

I would recommend these if you have a closet with long pants hanging near the bottom. It saves space and looks clean. I do hate the price which is why i gave it 4 stars.

I was looking for hangers that specifically had a shallow drop in order to gain vertical space in my closet - which are not that easy to find surprisingly. When I found these, I was very hesitant to spend $3 per hanger since I needed 30 of them. So, I started with one 10-pack just to test them out. They are amazing hangers - especially if you are looking to gain vertical space in your closet. The shallow drop from the hook part to the rod part is a game changer for streamlining your closet organization. I have since bought more and they are absolutely worth the price.

These are heavy duty hangers. The reason for my purchase was that they allow the pants to hang higher and the second bar on my closet is shorter. These are perfect for what I wanted. They are solid and also have a rubberized piece so that the slacks do not slip off the hanger. It really improved my double hanging.
