This book gave me much more insight to the future of hospitality and I am looking forward to Ira’s future publications! Every piece of content in this book proves to be valuable in understanding how the industry must evolve in order to satisfy increased demand in efficiency since the pandemic, as well as how to achieve that efficiency. Highly recommend this book as well as taking Ira’s online tech course to follow along with.

This book was highly educational coming from the view point of a student studying in this industry. Learning how all the softwares that I use on a daily basis integrate with each other is such a great insight for my career path! Overall loved the book, and I will always reference this book going forward!

The content covered in this book is incredibly interesting especially to those involved in hotel operations. After reading this book my view on the hotel industry is miles ahead of what it was previously. I can not recommend this enough, reading gave me a truly eye opening experience.

This was a good read of the different hotel techs that are offered in the industry. Taking the class and the book in real time absolutely took my learning experience to the next level.
