Guided Reading: Good First Teaching for All Children

Bought it for class! It is very helpful for those wishing to become teachers or teachers who are looking for some insight into guided reading. I also saved money buying it here rather than in the bookstore on campus!

This is a bible for brand new teachers. It has useful charts to photocopy and use to track student progress. It tells you how to conduct meaningful guided reading groups and gives you classroom management ideas. A+

I chose to order this text online, based on bookstore prices. The cost of the book was excellent and I saved money even with shipping. The seller advertised the book as used/very good. The book seems brand new, which is always a pleasant surprise. It came neatly packaged and shrink wrapped. While the USPS claimed delivery on February 22, I received the package today, after ordering it on Thursday, January 31. Very pleased with this transaction!

This is very helpful for first-time teachers, or even veteran teachers. It is a lot to read, but well worth the preparation. Students have structure and get way more out of guided reading.

This is a great book for anyone who wants to implement Balanced Literacy in their classroom. Highly recommend it as it is very user friendly
