Looks nice, hope it lasts a while
I bought this bench for toy storage rather than an entryway piece. I needed something to hold a bunch of toys, yet short/low enough to not block the large windows in the room. This was pretty average to put together (just like any assembly required furniture) and looks very nice. I'm concerned about longevity, especially since I'm using this for my boys. The slats on the front of the drawers is pretty flimsy, and I feel that it could break just by grabbing it wrong or even roughly closing the drawers. Hoping it lasts a while because it does work for my purpose.

Very nice for the money
It was easy to assemble with the instructions included, and everything was marked with a letter. It took me about 2 hours, using a hand held screwdriver. The directions need to be larger for easier readability. Quality was good for the price.

Shoddy Material, Horrible Packaging
The package arrived as two ill-fitting mangled boxes stacked on top of each other and shoddily taped together. It's almost as if some Corporate Fatcat figured out that one correctly sized box would be too costly and using two boxes with a little bit of tape and just a sprinkle of love would be a more cost effective solution. Plus, it looks like the boxes are trying to eat each other...which is pretty cool.Opening the stellar packaging, the inside was an equal delight. The pieces were haphazardly tossed in with way too much room to move though it did appear that some disgruntled packager took the time to toss in small, thin pieces of broken styrofoam to say to management and the consumer "hey..at least I tried".I rifled through the broken styrofoam to find the instructions mashed up and crinkled in the bottom...one hard right turn from the delivery driver away from being ripped to shreds. I tenderly unfolded the mangled mess to find that the instructions were about as good as one could expect...that sweet spot between "piece of cake" and "dear god this is going to take up a whole Saturday and we have to get to the Miller's BBQ by 3!".I pulled out all the pieces to find everything to be much thinner and more fragile than I was hoping for. There were also a decent amount of grease smears which only told me that the folks putting this thing together know how to party. The wooden slats of the drawers might not survive a sideways glance from an angry mother let alone the bouncing leg/heel of a kid who is fussing over putting on his shoes while sitting on his new bench. Of course there was a piece missing. Being a fairly handy guy and recognizing the piece was just a support for under the bench, I called upon my inner "Bob Villa" and fashioned my own support piece from brawn, masculinity, and good old American ingenuity. As I delicately placed everything together with the steady hand of a pediatric surgeon repairing a toddler's aorta (which would be less fragile than this thing), I was pleasantly surprised to see most everything fit together quite nicely. Surely the gods were shining on me as every other warning sign had this assembly ending in bloody violence. I neared the end where I was fastening together the top seat. The piece de resistance. The money maker that makes all your friends jealous when they walk in and say "hey...nice bench..it must be awesome being you". I took a closer look at the corner and...yes...it was damaged. Fragmented wood from either the shoddy packing job, the thin/fragile material, or an angry delivery driver who was going to miss the first quarter of the big game and slammed the box on my front porch. My money is on all 3.At this point, my wife has said "enough" and is going to request either a refund or replacement parts. I think the only rational response is to drag the thing out in the woods and end it's misery by firing squad but, alas, it still does have potential to be a nice bench the neighbors will be jealous of.In short - shoddy material, horrible packaging, wouldn't buy again if you paid me.Side note - this is for the storage bench with 3 crates. After reading other reviews I noticed that a large chunk of them are for other products which makes me question this company, the Amazon review system, and my existence in general.

Essential Storage Solution for Home Office
So- there were like dozens of pieces but if you take your time and pay attention it takes about an hour to put together. It’s a great place to store books, files, and shoes. I did a lot of research before purchasing and this was definitely better quality than the others. The price point is appropriate for the overall finished product. Word of advice- it’s extremely heavy so make sure to either put together close to its final destination or use two people to lift.

Makes you appreciate IKEA
You know a product is flimsy when you have trouble distinguishing packing materials from actual furniture parts. This really made me appreciate IKEA products — both in terms of build quality and intelligent assembly schema. I recently moved and needed furnishings, so I also bought from IKEA, and there’s really no comparison. This thing had way too many parts, and a few of the screws were too short to properly secure that I had to find substitutes. Everything feels cheap. The finished product looks nice enough, but I doubt it’ll survive to our next move, if it makes it that far. Still, it was pretty affordable, so I guess we got what we paid for.

Beautiful and amazing customer service
I bought 2 of their products, one the 3 crate bench and the other with 2 crates. I had been looking for a 5 ft bench for soooo long that would fit my window area and gave shoe storage and fit my budget. But couldn’t find anything. I had been eyeing this one for a while but then it hit me, what if I just put 2 pieces together? And I’m so glad I did coz it worked out perfectly. Here’s some pros to buying this -1. Easy Assembly - it took us about 45 min to assemble one, with drill and tools. But the instructions were very easy.2. Looks beautiful - as you can see in the pictures, it looks beautiful and a lot more expensive than it actually is!3. Has storage - the boxes slide am and or pretty easy and we stored about 16-18 pairs of shoes in them.4. Customer service was great - we had some minor issues with the cushion size not matching but the seller was very helpful in resolving that for us!5. Took care of small things - they even send you little foot padding or stickies to put under them so your floor is not ruined when you move these.Overall it’s a great purchase! Definitely recommend. I just wish the cushions were a bit softer and thicker, but we don’t plan to sit on these for long time so we’re good but it’d be nice to have that option. :)

Very good for the money, but 2 issues
1. Because it is very difficult to insert screws into engineered wood, they should have TORX instead of Phillips heads.2. The back is about 1/8" (2mm) too long so it won't fit in the slot. Trimming off the excess would have cut through the mounting holes. The solution is not pretty but the back faces a wall so it doesn't show. We mounted the screws starting from one end. When we got to the other end, we inserted the remaining row of screws at an angle. It seems to be reasonably sturdy but with the thin wood and tiny screws, I don't expect it to last too many years. So, OK for the price.

Adult shoes don’t fit
The upper shelves were to small for adult shoes and so I could only fit 4 pairs.

Garbage
It looks fine but it doesn't hold even children's sized sneakers and the drawer front fell off before we even used it once.Don't waste your time.

Nice but space too small for regular shoes
Cannot store more than 1 pair of shoes on each side. I am size 9 women and my hubby is size 12 men.

Looks great, true to picturem
I love the look of this cabinet, my only disappointment is that it will not hold a very large shoe size. My husband wears a mans size eight and they are to large for the top shelf.

Keep shoes away from the puppy
We bought this because our dog just won’t leave our shoes alone, so we are able to put them away and not spend a fortune on shoes. It is sturdy to sit on as well and fit perfectly near the front door, it’s not too bulky either which I appreciated. Assembling didn’t take too long.
