I am a truck driver
I am 5'6" and 250, size 2x. If you're over 275, select 3x and if you're under 235, 1x... Approximately, but you be the judge. Most days I work in a trailer yard moving trailers around, in and out of my truck every 10-15 minutes. I am out in the elements all day.The warmth is great. And they're cozy, like wearing a noisy sleeping bag. Swish swish swish swish. My company has been buying these for us the last couple years and there are pros and cons.Pros1. Warm2. Come in hi-viz.3. Leg width is good.4. Zipper legs so you can vent if you're hot5. Also snaps down the legs to keep from opening at the ankle unexpectedly.6. Stretchy shoulder straps with clips.Cons1. They are noisy2. The one I ordered for myself had a hole in the right pocket, which I immediately lost my earbuds into3. Several of us (variety of body types) on the job have had the seams in crotch of the pants come apart, no flexibility there if you have the right fit; they are not cut to fit a butt when it sits and we are deep stair climbing into trucks all day, but I'm still salty about walking around with the crotch my pants falling apart. We did have some good laughs tho. D for seam durability. The rest of the material seems fine.4. Not many options for length and the size that fits was at the ground, if you go up a size you're liable to be stepping on them.If you're deep in freezing temps for long time, I think Refrigiware (sp?) is significantly warmer with a better fit and quieter wear, but no snaps on the pant legs or the shoulder straps.😔If it's cold, but not freezing all the time, maybe you just need some Carhartts.

Decent product: check sizing though!
Seems like a decent ski bib, but check sizing before ordering.Waist seems a bit snug compared to everything else.
