I would recommend this cable it has gold plugs and appears to be of good quality, I bought my cable to extend my network from my Virgin router, downstairs to my computer network upstairs. As the cable is flat, I managed to put it under the carpet without it showing and under the carpet strip at the living room door without affecting the height of the strip and the door closing, I then ran the cable up the wall behind the central heating pipes and through the ceiling bringing it out in the rear bedroom and plugged it in to a switch on my computer. I now have the full speed of my Virgin Internet 125, usually getting about 139 mbps to all my devices upstairs and down without the cable being visible. I originally used a powerline and was getting about 50-60 mbps upstairs so for only £12.99 I have more than doubled the speed to the upstairs devices. I have since fitted a WiFi access point upstairs so now have full speed WiFi throughout the whole house and garden, a very happy bunny.
