I like making Sencha-loose leaf tea and white teas as well, the problem is that with my old pitcher there were but a few holes cut into the mesh, about 6-8 holes cut into the front side, so it would clog a lot when I poured Sencha tea out or white tea especially clogged. Now? With this pitcher, It's very small but very spacious inside, I like it a lot and the mesh actually has a full 360 degree support so it doesn't clog easily. It poured out like a fountain, no clogs, no mess drips or any of that nonsense. No loose bits of tea falling inside.The only downside is that cleaning the mess top is kind of annoying because little bits and fragments get stuck and you can't just rinse it out, you need to manually remove it by hand. Kind of a downside of this pitcher.Safe to say I'm not looking for new pitchers for a while, unless this cracks or something.

I am liking the fact that there is no plastic, but glass and stainless steel in this easy to use, easy to clean teapot. I am using it on a gas cooktop, to make hibiscus tea, with no problems. The strainer, that is built into the lid prevents the loose tea from getting poured in my glass. It seems to be quite durable, even though it is glass. I have only hand washed it, between uses. I would highly recommend this teapot!

A very excellent tea cup , nice size for an all day cup of tea . You can see the jasmine and tea leaves floating . Easy to add water to a high grade cup of tea and heat again .

The tea kettle works perfectly well. I like it a lot. It motivates me to drink tea more often. I use it on electric stove top on low heat. It does as described on the website. I definitely recommend it to others.

This little tea maker is amazing! When I got it, the rubber ring was stuck to the pot and slightly damaged. I called the company, and within 4 days, they sent me a completely new teapot! Now that is excellent customer service! I will buy from them again!

Makes excellent tea. Enjoy watching the tea leaf’s float in the water. Makes tea quickly. Handle is not too hot so I can pour tea as soon as it’s ready. Quite surprised at the cute tea kettle. Excellent price for excellent quality.
