Used
I received the luggage this afternoon and noticed that it was used even though I paid for a new one. The previous owner left a lot of stuff inside the suitcase (medication, crayons, toys, previous airline receipts) and that’s how I realized that it was used by someone else. Nowhere on their page did it say that it was a returned item. I have a trip in 2 days and have no time to exchange. That is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Next time please be sure to mention something like that before selling.

Good Bag - Terrible Wheels
I give the bag itself 5 stars, I give the wheels one star, which averages to 3 stars.The bag itself is excellent, but the wheels are terrible, and ruin everything.The wheels go sideways while dragging/wheeling the bag, and they get STUCK sideways.I need to reach down to straighten the wheels with my hand.This is extremely ANNOYING!!I am returning this bag because of this.

Wheel separated from the body on the first use.
I could tell as soon as I lifted it out of the box. The zippers are cheap the wheels are not up for the job. Theirs a fine line between lightweight and disposable. Don’t buy it.

False advertising
False advertising it's not 31 inch..I purchased one from local store here and big difference in the size .

Don't buy it
The small luggage - handle won't stay up. It clicks in different areas depending on the height that is needed.....but doesn't stay in that position.... Always drops down.The large luggage - the picture shown the wheel is easily broken.....I had to drag the luggage from the beginning of my trip to the end. Also when dragging the luggage....it had a mind of its own, went in all sort of directions....so I had a struggles upon my struggles.
