Q: Do you make a longer strap to attach the carrier to bike frame in center

There is a pocket on the bottom for the wired bracket. The curved end rests up against the frame center. If you have inserted the four plastic sides to make the basket sturdy, than all you need is the two straps around the handle bars and the lower bracket to hold it in place.

Q: Does this come with the support bracket to attach to the Bike?

The supports are all integrated.
