Easy to use, accurate
Both of these are easy to use, accurate, just be relaxed, line up the cord along your arm as instructed, no talking while you let it read & you will get a quick accurate result. The finger oxygen moniter is accurate, quick read, easy as turning on, put your finger in. Worth the price.

Display Readable in Bright Lighting
MicroLife is the reason for choosing this Oximeter. Reading is stable, not moved by minor variations, Note Lamp reflection in photos and readability of characters.

Poor Quality
This item is nothing like it is advertised. It is of very poor quality and is not worth the money. It's a bad product sold by this company and it has been made non refundable so you have to get ripped off by the company. Buyer beware!

Nice package, concened about accuracy
This comes as a nice little kit complete with batteries, a lanyard, and a nylon pouch with a belt loop and a small D ring for connecting it to other things. The display is bright red and easy to read. The back of the unit is rounded so it makes it harder to put flat on a desk for still readings. It has a smaller finger opening than my Zacurate Pro Series 500DL, which means this unit has to be opened wider for bigger fingers. That means the display on top is at a greater angle facing away from you.The pulse measurements are the same. My Zacurate takes a couple seconds longer to get a reading, and it also starts fast initially then drops down a few points as it settles in. This pulse-ox goes straight to the final number, and does it quicker than the Zacurate.I wish I could say the same about the O2 level. With the Zacurate I am normally 97-98. This one shows 99-100%. To make sure it wasn't broken, I did move my finger around a bit and I got it to drop below 99, and even into alarm at some point in the 80's. But, when it's placed on my finger normally it shows 100%. I don't think that's right.Given a choice between the two, I like the Zacurate better despite it being slower. I do like the pouch this one came with though.

Comfortable and Accurate
The media could not be loaded. We already have an oximeter, but I was hoping to find a better one. I like this one a lot more than our old one. They're both comfortable (though this one is a little more so) and easy to use, but this one has the display facing you and the readings seem to be way more accurate. In the video, my teen (wearing black) and I (wearing white) are each wearing one. When she put the Microlife oximeter on afterwards, it showed closer to 99% for oxygen. Then I put each device on the same finger to get a readout and the Microlife seemed more accurate. Perhaps the sensor on the other one is faulty, but I really like this one and will be using it over the old one. And for those wondering, it takes 2 AAA batteries and is made in China.

Accurate as similar devices, easy to use/read
I have a few other pulse oximeters and this one is similar in its readings. I'm sure it isn't as good as a medical grade one, but I compared this to the readings I got on my other ones and it was either the same or about 1 point different. I think that, once you establish a baseline by doing repeated readings of the same person throughout the day, you can use this to know if your oxygen levels are dropping. My reads tend to go between 96 and 98 (with a warm finger) and this registered similarly. The display on this is easy to read, even for aging eyes. It's also very simple to use and comes with batteries so it's ready to use right out of the box. It comes with a protective case (which most do not) which is a bonus. For home use, I found this to function as expected and work well.

Nice compact Oximeter
Overall its a nice little oximeter. I love that it comes with a pouch and lanyard to keep it handy and accessible when I need it. The display is bright and very easy to read. Simply press the button to start getting a reading and it automatically shuts off after a few second of not detecting anything. The only reason I docked it a star is due to the accuracy of the readings. The heart rate seems to be accurate when I compare it to my fitness tracker and another meter but the oxygen level seems to constantly be off. Its not by much, usually 2-3% but it bothers me that it shows higher numbers on this unit. I'm not sure if its an issue with my specific unit, but just something to be aware of

Works great
The Microlife Fingertip Pulse Oximeter is a reliable and easy-to-use device that accurately measures blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels and pulse rate. Its digital LED display is clear and easy to read, and the pulse strength bar graph is a useful feature for monitoring your overall health. The device is small and portable, making it convenient to use at home or on-the-go. It's also easy to use, as you simply insert your finger into the device and wait for the reading to appear. The device provides quick and accurate results, and the results are consistent with those obtained at medical facilities. One of the great things about this oximeter is its affordability. Compared to other oximeters on the market, this device is reasonably priced and provides excellent value for money. Personally, the best part is that they included batteries, which most companies do not do these days. The battery life is also impressive, with a single set of batteries lasting for weeks or even months, depending on how often you use the device.I would highly recommend this oximeter to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable device to monitor their SpO2 levels and pulse rate.
