I liked the handle, it had a good grip! It was great for making popping boba.

This is a very well designed product. It makes the process of harvesting edible spherified objects much faster. It is the right tool for the job.

I've always managed without it. Now that I have it, I enjoy having it. It makes spherification easier. :)

It a little flimsier than i thought it would be, but does fine for the job.

This spoon helped during the spherification process. My daughter was doing a science experiment with spherification and we needed a spoon to help get the spheres out of the solution. Slotted spoons worked, but weren't easy to use. This spoon made it so easy to get the spheres out of the solution. It saved my daughter time and made the experiment easier to do. A simple item that makes the spherification process easier.

This was part of a gift for my son who loves to cook all kinds of foods. He has not received it yet. The quality looks to be excellent...good heft without being over-bearing and the right size for making all things caviar!

I thought it was a serving spoon size. It is so small I have no use for it. It did not have a shipping slip enclosed so I guess I'm stuck with it!
