Keeps dry eyes controlled
My preferred sea buckthorn capsules, when they are available. One a day keeps dry eyes at bay, I find. Excellent product.

The individual capsules are very small
I think the product itself is good. I use this to compensate for post menopausal dryness in eyes and body tissue. I believe it helps. Occasionally I dropped a few capsules and they rolled all Over unlike the elliptically shaped ones I sometimes get. Otherwise fine

THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS BOVINE GELATIN
I was very happy to find this product. However, when I received it and browsed through the ingredients, I found the capsules were made of gelatin [from bovine]. As a vegan, I was very disappointed. I have had to give them away. Why put an animal bi-product around a plant product? It doesn't make sense.
