It is a powder. It does rub off. If I rub against fabric, there will be powder on the fabric. If I scratch my head, the powder is in my fingernail.

No it will not come or run in the rain, won't come out till you wash you hair

Yes, if I happen to scratch my head, there is colored powder on my fingertips or fingernails. I try to remember not to handle my hair too much. If I handle my hair very lightly, then no stain on my fingers.

Q: is the brush quality? does it last more then a month if used daily?

I realized your question meant " Does the container last more than a month from daily use? I only got 1 1/2 month out of a container. I have about a section of 3" x 4" of area needing coverage about every 5 days. If you need a large area covered and wash daily, it will not last a month.
