Sturdy, muti-purpose, non-stick cooling rack!
I bought this solely for the purpose of doing water bath in the oven. It is very sturdy to hold the whole recipe of cheesecake.But then I tested it more for other purposes. Like making a crispy French fries. It requires a grill to make the heat comes from bottom to top to cooked it more evenly. Same concept that goes with baked fried chicken. Well, I did not expect much as I have failed many times trying to make the perfect French fries. But to my surprise, it came out better than I expected. Plus the potatoes did not stick on the grill at all! I was very impressed. My daughter said it tasted like McDonalds: crispy from outside, soft inside. See video.Since nothing sticks to this cooling rack, clean up is a breeze. I hand washed it and some of the grease was easily wiped away. I did air dry it, and I have not seen any rust.The downside is it is a bit pricey. But with the results I had have, this cooling rack is multi-purpose to my needs, sturdy so I will get a lot of use out of it. Take the risk like I did and see good results! I highly recommend!

Nice oven rack!
I needed a nice oven rack and stumbled upon this rack. The reviews seemed pretty good so bought it and tried it out. It's pretty nice. I used it to make a steak. It cooked the meat nice and evenly and tasted great. The rack afterwards was a little messy but easy to clean. Definitely recommend this oven rack :)
