The following is the substance of an e-mail I attempted to send to the manufacturer. However, the email they provide on the "User Manual" is invalid.I am quite disappointed in these units. They come with what they claim is two options for mounting where a third option is just to use the transmitter on a tabletop. One of the two methods of mounting is supposed to be with screws. To do this requires disassembling the unit in at least two steps, neither of which is explained.1. The instructions for screw mounting say you should "take apart the frame and button panel of the switch." No further instructions are given for doing this. After an examination of the device I found that there are slots on the back of it that, if subjected to a prying screwdriver, separate the frame.2. I've not yet figured out how to separate the "button panel" and, what is worse, this leaves the battery inaccessible. So even if the transmitter were to be mounted with the adhesive strips it would still be lights out when the battery finally dies.3. The crowning touch is that once the transmitter is mounted to the wall - either by screws or by adhesive strips, the frame can't even be removed, since the slots that make this possible are on the back of the unit, which becomes inaccessible once the back is fastened to the wall.The unit seems well made and the specifications are impressive. It seems a shame to couple these positives to such lousy documentation.

Absolutely perfect! I have a finished loft and replaced the hard switch to turn the switch into a two-way. Very easy to install and the receiver is very low-profile.

The transmitter is small enough to fit inside of a ceiling light housing. The wireless switches are easy to set up and it works great.

Inexpensive fix to annoying problem. Easy to install/ pair, and works as it should.
