Great value
this toilet seat is very clean looking and fits very well. We have been looking for awhile for a replacement seat but haven't been able to find anything until now, without spending a fortune. So far I am very pleased. Also the 'soft/slow close' is great. Hopefully, it will continue to work. I have to admit that this seat is not as comfy as the old one but it looks very clean, nice and does the job!

Product was new, and arrived on time as promised. However, the seat is not as comfortable as the 'old series' flat seat edges with a round front. The new series seat is more sculptured, and narrow on the rim seating edges.
