While I've neither the equipment or time to run an assay on it's purity or composition I can most certainly say that from a simple taste and acid test that this is NOT Bicarbs as someone else claimed.The Pros - For NR the price per weight is good and the addition of a teeny silver tea spoon for measuring dosage is neat.The Cons - As loose powder it is very easy to over estimate the recommended dose which can counter the savings and the added cost and effort of encapsulating precise doses again defeats the point.Finally although it isn't noted on the product it is advisable to store NR at low temperatures, between 2 & 8 degrees C is advised.
