I LOVE IT 10/10 It was so easy and quick to install. I have 0 leaks, I did NOT add any additional washers to the attachment sites. It is pretty sturdy and instructions are straightforward. The extra shower head does have some weight to it in comparison to the rest but that’s not an issue for me. The hose is the perfect length and the material is pretty durable. I do wish with the attachment to turn on/off the extra shower head was lower or somewhere more easily accessible but that’s literally my only complaint, if I was shorter than 5’6 I’d struggle to switch it on/off. It really is exactly what’s in the pictures

We purchased this shower head combo during our bathroom remodel, and overall we are very happy with it. The matte black finish looks sleek and modern, and the rainfall shower head paired with the handheld option really upgraded the feel of our shower. The water pressure has been great, and the different spray settings are a nice bonus. The only issue we’ve had is that the shower head will randomly leak after not being used for a while. I’ve tried reinstalling it and adding new plumber’s tape, but the issue still happens occasionally. It could possibly be something on my end, but it’s worth mentioning. Other than that, installation was easy and the overall quality and appearance have been a great addition to our bathroom. I would still recommend it and give it 4 stars.

For the price you cannot beat this showerhead. I thought it was going to be flimsy and cheap looking very easy to put together. The water pressure is great different speeds and functions. I absolutely love my new shower. My shower is way more enjoyable.

Fantastic shower! Such an easy and stylish way to upgrade a boring, basic shower on a budget. The matte black looks sleek and elegant and the 8 inch main unit is wonderful and feels luxurious with the rainfall feature. I personally appreciate the handheld unit more than usual after having recent carpal tunnel surgery and not being allowed to get my sutures wet. You can turn off the main unit and use only the handheld. It’s also useful for shower and tub cleaning. The seller is easy to communicate with and quick to fix any issue you may have. Ours had a crack on the 3 way adapter causing water to leak and eventually popped off which sent water gushing out of the top. I was disappointed and not looking forward to sending the entire thing back for a refund only to have to re-order and wait for another to be shipped. I contacted the seller and explained the issue and they quickly sent out a new 3 way adapter at no charge. It works beautifully and my family is loving this new set up and look!

The material feels a bit on the cheaper side since it’s made of plastic, but it’s been holding up well so far with no major issues. The water flow is okay, though there is a small leak from one spot. Thankfully, it doesn’t affect the overall performance too much and it still works as intended. Assembly and installation were a breeze. The instructions were super clear, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. Even with the average-feeling quality, the shower head stays firmly in place and doesn’t wobble or shift around. If you’re looking for something simple, affordable, and easy to set up, this shower head is a solid option—just don’t expect anything super premium.

The installation was very straightforward, you will get extra washers in the package and also comes with Teflon tape to make leak free installation. The big shower head is made of metal but the hand held shower head is made of abs plastic. Upgrade has enhanced the look of my shower and the waterflow has improved greatly,very easy to use and it's not too bulky I'm very happy with my purchase,now I really look forward to taking showers more often and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their showering experience 👍 👍 👌

decided to buy this shower head to replace the one I got off Temu since it was leaking and generally didn’t seem to be the best quality. Although similar and having essentially the exact same setup and instructions, this one does feel significantly better quality. The water pressure feels very good, I’ve had no leaking so far, and it seems to keep the water hot much better than the previous head I was using. The only real issue is the paper instructions, as it seems like it’s caused confusion leading to the leaking issue people experience. The Amazon page has a video which is much better in showing how to install it than the paper instructions. The instructions show 2 washers in each place a washer can go, this is wrong. I paired this with a shower filter and it fit like a glove with no effect on water pressure. You want to use the teflon tape on EVERY Male end and wrap it around at least 3ish times, you want to put a washer in the diverter and make sure you’re using a wrench to really tighten everything down until it feels hard to turn anymore but make sure not to over tighten it as it could damage it. You want a washer in each end of the extension arm, the rainfall head came with a mesh washer inside already so you just want to add one regular washer on top, a washer in each end of the 5ft hose and a mesh washer + regular washer in the adapter for the handheld shower head. Doing this and making sure everything is seated tightly with the teflon tape should make sure there are no leaks. Only reason for the 4/5 is it appears to be a mixed bag for some people as leaking is not remedied whatsoever, leading me to believe a possible quality control issue. Another small issue is how the extension arm is shaped, it will not allow the rainfall head to sit flat if the extension arm is raised which is a bummer as I’m around 6’5 and without it raised all the way the shower head is too low for me or directly above my head by a mere inch, this isn’t the biggest issue as most people most likely won’t have this problem since I’m well above what the average height but the shower still functions great regardless. Another reason is simply the paper instructions as they are not very good which could lead to incorrect installation on the customers end. Other than that, the shower head really does provide a super relaxing experience and functions very well overall.
